Project Owner appeared to be a young company planning to take orders for passenger transportation exclusively by means of mobile application. This fact made our team especially ineligible for error. In spite of the design provided from the client’s side, our vision of the application appeared to be different to a certain extent. Our suggestions were well received by the customer, which resulted in related functions implementation. Two weeks after the start of the project, owing to the expertise of the business analyst of Lotasoft company, the final technical task was formed and approved; changes did not take place up to the application release.
Thanks to the well-coordinated collaboration of the team of Developers, Project Manager and Quality Assurance Engineers the application comes out up to schedule. The development was held interactively by Scrum methodology: the whole process of development was split into iterations, while at the end of each iteration builds of applications were sent to the customer. The flexibility of this methodology gave the customer an option to prioritize the development of various application modules.
